Sabah

Sabah is one of the 2 states that make up East Malaysia. It is located in Borneo Island which is shared with the state of Sarawak, Brunei as well as a part of Indonesia. Sabah is one of the most popular destinations known for its eco-tourism and is commonly regarded as one of the most complete places to visit for the tourist. This is because it has something for everyone that ranges from the highlands to islands, seaside resorts, homestays as well as the city centre.

The state capital of Sabah is Kota Kinabalu that serves the main commercial and transportation hub for the state. The Kota Kinabalu International Airport welcomes visitors each day from all over the world where it is also home to Mount Kinabalu, the highest peak in Malaysia. Located within the lush vegetation and rich flora and fauna of the Tunku Abdula Rahman National Park, this is where one is able to visit one of the richest and oldest rainforests in the world known to be the natural home of the Rafflesia, the largest flower in the world. Apart from that, Sabah is also very popularly known for its seaside and beaches where it is also home to Sipadan Island, one of the top diving sites in  the world
