It then became the resort town for the then British colonies and today is enjoys one of the most rapid developments in Malaysia.
Most visitors to Cameron Highlands would usually visit the tea, vegetables, flowers and bee farms here as they are naturally grown and sold. There are also some very historical sites located around Cameron Highlands that include the All Souls' Church and the Bala’s Holiday Chalet which is famed to be one of the oldest buildings here. Other attractions here include Mossy Forest, the Parit Waterfall while it is also known to be where the Rafflesia Flower is spotted, the largest flower in the world.
